A coworking gym for personal trainers.

That’s me! I’m Jenny Halstead, and I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade. I have extensive experience and an in-depth knowledge of startups, both in and out of the fitness industry. This inspired me to design not only the facility itself, but the coworking model in such a way that allows personal trainers to flourish allowing them to work for their clients and not for a gym.

I was in my 30’s when I realized that I didn’t want to sit at a desk, punch a clock, or work for somebody else anymore. Giving up a steady paycheck to become a personal trainer was absolutely one of the scariest, most exhilarating decisions of my life. And people thought I was crazy!

I was going to be THE BEST personal trainer. My clients were going to love working with me. I was going to change lives!

I learned lessons the hard way. I’ve built great relationships, built solid business systems, AND earned a living. It’s time for me to share that with other personal trainers! There is no one-size-fits-all method for personal trainers to be successful. But knowing where to start and what to build is critical. That’s where I come in.

When I finished my degree I was ready to start changing lives. What I found, however, was a rude awakening. Nothing in my training had prepared me to be self-employed - how to start a business the right way, file taxes, build a brand...shit! I didn’t even know how to begin charging people, let alone WHAT to charge. The reality is, personal trainers have specialized education that doesn’t even include some of the most important aspects of personal training, like running a small business.
